Every year 10000 theories based on strong reputable fact turn out to be wrong.

    House,

What about this one: http://www.phillipjanderson.com/  ?

Would that be reputable since he was right predicting the GFC before it happens.

The subscription cost is AUD $ 99 per year.

One of the more logical prognosticators from what I've read and no EOTW rhetoric. Though he's linked to Port Phillip Publishing which is a shame.

    JulieW,

So do you find that between Jim Rickards and Phillip Anderson is worth to subscribe $99 annually each ?

Note: Jim's latest subscription service is too expensive for AUD $ 1499 annually http://pro.portphillippublishing.com.au/s9gttgoldlaunch/WGTTS903/?h=true --> Stock picking for Gold Miners before it is booming.

If I was choosing I'd go for Anderson. Neither tell you much you don't already know once you've read Anderson's website and watched any of the Rickard videos on youtube.

They pander to Chicken Little's playing on fear and greed. Daily Reckoning, Agora Financial etc. are all the same.

They've been fined by ASIC for misleading Super rumours trying to flog their tripe and plenty of unimpressive reviews- https://topstocks.com.au/threads/port-phillip-publishing-fark-off , http://forums.whirlpool.net.au/archive/2195925

That's why I prefer Anderson. His 14+4 formula for a housing cycle makes sense and has a track record and it flies in the face of most of the PPPublishing pundits.

Hm.. yes, that does make sense.

I've just subscribed to the Phil J. Anderson website, it seems to me that the financial indicators are good for Stock trading and Property investment :D
But nothing mentions about when to buy Precious Metals.

Are you a subscriber for www.phillipjanderson.com/ website as well ?
