    You slackin', b..

I got my slabbed silver set last year. :p

    My 1st Chinese medals.

Of course, the mintage on those 2-piece Ag sets is like 6,800 -- compared to your 100 for brass.

Copper is only 200, with the 100g silver at 1,000.

Your box is much nicer, too.

Current asking price on eBay for slabbed silver set is outrageous, especially for PF 69. See if you can get him down to below half that, if you want pre-slabbed.

But Lucky has some raw in stock. Might even grade 70, who knows.

EDIT: Mine are fine, but I've seen that some of those in silver can have a milk-spot or two in the mirrored fields.

LOL. Yeah, well, I just got mine. I have a PF69. I'm holding on to them. The boxes are really nice on this set. Wowza. The medals are really nice too. They pop. I'm not sure Lucky has any PF70's. He would have told me. :) I think. lol. By the way, the Lohan was shot under different light and angle. Much better this go around...plus, no pouch. That was my idea...cut the pouch, and then it motivates me to grade it. LOL. And you and everyone else get the benefit of seeing the images of the actual medal...which I think is important in making a decision. IMHO.

Nah, I mean buying the silver, raw, and then getting 'em graded..

Per census reports, looks like you've got about a 1-in-6 chance of getting a 70. Overwhelming bulk of the rest are coming in at 69.

Brass do well, too. Interesting that 39 of the 100 have been graded.

I have brass 2 set and cooper 1 set PF69. One piece is PF70 which I really cannot remember which is which. I have boxed it.

There are 3 types of boxes for this series. Barsenault show the most beautiful box, there are another 2 smaller boxes. China mints always got this issue of boxes. This create confusion especially after 10 or more years people tend to forgot. Out of sudden someone will guess and speculate it is fake and so on and on. This will damage the reputation of china medal.

Why No let them in that situation and we can buy it cheap. If they catch up like Perth mints marketing and distribution channel we will buy expansive stuff. food of thought:D

Never mind those silly brass gods. Their relief's got nothing on me!

You need to come rescue me. Lucky locked up a bunch of us somewhere. It's dark in here. And creepy -- unlike me.

    I'm freakin' adorable, buddy!

Very funny theme you have going here Gatito...the talking creepy boy with baggy eyes and Vogue designer shaped eyebrows. I think I'm beginning to like the little critter.

I believe that might be more due to lousy photography & angle of lighting.

Many of us here already know that photos & videos don't do these ultra-high relief medals true justice.

Guess I'll find out soon enough.

Now back to our regularly scheduled program..
