2 out of 3 deliveries is proof enough for me may be different in pick up. One order was fine other orders broken coin cases, missings items rusty silver buyback bar but what do you expect for buyback I won't deal with them anymore. Goodluck to you I may just be un unlucky.

Have you tried to contact them about the coin cases and missing items?
You can hardly complain about a buyback bar being imperfect...it's a buyback.

A good dealer isn't one that doesn't make mistakes (they all do), it's one that fixes them pronto (which Bullion Now have done for me since opening).

Yes but that's the whole point why do you need to contact every order to fix a issue. No other dealer or even private seller on here has given me any issue. Never before have I had missing items or damaged coins. Not worth the hassle. Yeah bullionnow is cheap but not worth it pay a bit more buy from others without issue imo.

Never had issues with BullionNow... where did you send your parcel to? Apartment address? Or POBox/parcel locker? I have had issues with my parcel locker, cause bunch of monkeys work there... you know auspost... especially receiving parcels on Friday where they normally knock-off early arvo to local pubs... you know, lame excuse (as always) no locker space available.... yeah right.... every Friday?! coincidence?!
