Gallium - What do you know about it?

    Came across this and it appears to cover many of the same uses as silver in terms of semiconductor uses, LEDs and electronics in general.

    I cannot find a supplier willing to send to Australia at a good price.

    FOB price from China is currently about $250/kg but the freight will likely be hefty as it is considered dangerous due to its corrosive nauture with Aluminium.

    It is non toxic but a liquid at 25degC

    What do you think of it as an investment?
