Just looking for some advice on where 2 first day cover sets should be posted, 1 Aussie, 1 USA no coins attached.

Then the sets of SAS 50th with $1 coins attached. I'm thinking all these 3 sets in Buy, Sell, Swap?

    Hi Noah,
Agree with Bloomst in relation to the first day covers with out coins ...... goods for barter thread.
But the SAS with coin......should go in the sales thread as this is classified as numismatics

The Atocha? Mate she was always going to be a keeper. I brought her to the meeting to xrf and show the members.

It has a fair bit of personal history for me so it's pretty special. But since your conversation at the meet about the hand minting process and clipping ,I have had renewed interest in them.

I'm thinking of acquiring another 1 or 2 so I'm hunting the site that did the original salvage ops. If your hunting them as well be careful there are fakes out there!

Beware of ebay, try and stick to searching coins from private reputable collectors and the salvage team site.

Check the grades ie grade 1 - 4 then the associated prices.

Man, I can imagine your well calibrated excalibur goin' off back in '85 off in the depths of the key west coast.

Doing the beaches along the Florida coast has given up some beauties as well. Excalibur country I strongly suspect. No doubt.

Let me know how you go searching online or if I can help?
