    I wonder if the final result is (Oh, I don't know) a series of swingeing fines on non-US banks levied by the US regulator, then tucked away into the bottomless pit of the US debt?

    It might get supremely messy if the justice system finds a strong thread and follows it all the way. Hands up all those you think that the Fed might be at the end of at least one of 'em...

    I can't find any update to the lawsuit filed by AIS, but the timing of a new pricing model by LBMA due for release next month is pretty obvious

    Out of court settlement?

    Two of the banks accused of corrupt fixing are now plugging the dollar saying gold will hit $1,000. I translate that spreading of fear and their agenda as a great time to buy now for the next 3 months at least.
