Fed interest rate hike getting pushed to March?

    What a truly fantastic joke these folks make of the citizens.
    I have read reports this morning on many site that now predict a interest rate hike to be put off till next year due to market volatility.
    What chance have the savers that want a tiny BUT SAFE return in the USA have?
    The poor buggers are all being pushed towards the markets so the rout can be complete and TOTAL.
    Scum.................

    I wouldn't bet on the US Fed to defer raising USD interest rates.
    Edit: To clarify, I expect the Federal Reserve to raise the Federal funds rate before January 2016.
