    Hey guys,
Why don't we all send an message to him Saying "Your item is fake"
Maybe he gets irritated and remove the item and don't post other fakes...
Thats the power of unity ..:)

    What do you say?

what I really worried about is few 100% feedback Coin dealer both from USA and Aussie ebay site purchase pandas from him which means those buyer will resold that Fake pandas in their ebay shop sooner or later and this will becoming a really bad cycle.

and for that hongkong bloke, punishment are useless as he will re-register a new ebay account and keeping sell unless there without anymore profit.

    edit: add words

As more people get educated on Pandas, the fraud is likely to diminish.

Fake Pandas are rarely sold in China because if you get caught, you die (generally). Chinese people are generally more familiar with them, so it's harder to fool the average person.

As more people outside China learn about Pandas, these fraudsters will have less of a market to cheat.

    ...

When I was in Africa, counterfeit USD notes were always suspected. But slowly people began to trust them as they became more familiar.

    ...
Fortunately, soon the good Panda community will keep shutting these guys down faster than they can apply their wicked trade. CCF has a group that is very active in doing this.

Easy to spot the fakes when they come in big hits like this that start ones alarm bells ringing, bit harder when they resurface individually as these and other fakes will I am sure.

You need to pay with paypal, so you need to stump up the $$ up front.
The only loophole I could think of is; if you ordered and paid for them, then did'nt accept the parcel .. After a while it will be sent back to him and your payment can be refunded from paypal because you didn't recieve the item.

You would have to be confident you can refuse the right parcel, but when they ask you to sign, just say you were not expecting anything from HK and don't sign.

He'd wear the postage cost, and during this time, you could also post appropriate feedback. When he can't prove that you actuallyrecieved your coins, you get your $$$ back.

Pretty sure it would work, tell us how you go ..
