Does anyone know if Etrade can be accessed on Android phones?

I downloaded the Etrade app but it won't accept my details, I'm assuming it's American only.

Can anyone else do it? Am I just doing something wrong?

    Thanks.

All the apps i can find for eTrade only support the US/EU sites and not the australian one. One reason i was considering moving to commsec.

Yeah Commsec have their own iPhone app, but on a basic account (trader account and cash managment account) its 19.95 per trade (under $10,000) and you can only trade minimum of $500 worth and you cant hold less than $500 in a company after a sell trade... dunno if that restricts anyone but has restricted me on an occasion... oh and dishonesty fee for not having the money to cover your trade on settlment is $59 - got slugged that twice (both times less than $5 under).

Im just showing my poverty i guess

I'm pretty sure the rules about trading min $500 etc are ASX rules, not commsec rules.

More or less in the same boat - manage to use the standard website (intended for PC) on my Android.

Definitely going to nudge E*Trade Australia about lack of an Android app (or at least a mobile friendly option) if nothings done.
