I think youll find that eBay would actually side with the buyer on this one. It is prohibited for sellers to charge unreasonable fees above the actual cost of shipping. You would simply not make payment until asking the seller for a quote on shipping. It states "regular registered" which should be under $12 for this weight. Maybe factor in a couple of dollars for packing and $15 is reasonable. Shoulda bid on that...It went for a bargain!
