I've sold quite a few coins on ebay over the years. Zero claims.

Yes, I have sold over 40 grand on eBay over the last few years without issues as well, but we are entering the twilight zone here.
I stopped selling on eBay when they got rid of that $1 weekend selling special about 4-5 months ago.
I was thinking of listing a few sovereigns on eBay to raise a bit of cash, but I am a bit uncomfortable about it.
Not sure how long the postal and banking systems will be operational the way things are going.

    And don't forget the FEES!!!!!

They wipe out nearly all your profits.

It is 10.6% final value Ebay fee including the postage plus PayPal charge theirs at 2.6% + .30c per item. (Close to 14% fees in total)

So on a $50 item you will end up with around $43 and then if you give them free postage the minimum for that is another $6 with registered post.

It's hardly worth it, better off selling here.
