DOUBLE SEALED 2006 PANDAS

    I have a friend who says he has authentic double sealed silver 2006 pandas out of the Shenzhen Mint. I have never heard of any 2006 double sealed pandas, anyone know any different?

    As you know Pandas come in capsules but if you purchase 30 they can come in a flat sealed sheet as well. Perhaps this is what is meant by double sealed ?
