Having frustrating hassles with the online website, trying to buy, but it states that I can only store or collect, which seems odd. I've never used them before, can anyone comment? Thanks Ang
Not sure what you're doing wrong as they do deliver. Are you in Aus? Didn't log in but when I go to buy, it gives the option of postage
yes, I am able to get to that screen, trouble is that even if you select it, once you go to the checkout, it only gives you the option to collect or store.
Not sure why you are having difficulties - I just looked and after logging in, selecting items I added Express Post, updated total and proceeded to checkout where it confirmed address and delivery method.... maybe give them a call and try and work out why your account is having this issue.
We do ship via courier on request - both directors have been travelling this week and busy organising for StellaConcepts to fly down to the Melbourne Silver Stackers meeting on Sunday - there's a few emails we need to respond to as our staff that were in the office were absolutely run off their feet on Friday without us being there, we've got a bit of a backlog to answer Monday morning. We can use common carriers insured up to $25k, a specialised carrier up to $50k, and armoured up to $500,000 on request. These options are not selectable on the website.
