They said the board would consider making an announcement about this in coming weeks, management hold 42.8% of the company which in my opinion is great as gives them incentive to succeed and increase SP, to the best of my knowledge management have never sold any of their holdings. Update from CEO today revenue from Direct X (Bitcoin liquidity desk) increased by 118% to over 4 million for month of April, integration of AirPocket App into Telco Groups network largely completed and group will be named in coming days!. The quarterly report was really positive, massive increase in trading desk revenue, still $2 million in the bank SP should have been 0.17 to 0.18 today, although there was one slight issue our chairman Zhenya has been indicted for a Multimillion Dollar Text Messaging Fraud and faces 20 years in jail. @kramer, I had to limit damage as I feel more downside to come unless company provides strong announcement this week re new partners, If I didn't have a large holding in SRT about to resist soon as Intiger on the ASX I would have been forced to hold onto DCC. Although I believe I can regain losses on DCC with gains on SRT/IAM, then if DigitalX SP starts turning around again I may re enter, although for the time been I have lost all faith as it is now clear that top 20 shareholders and the company knew this was going on from around April. In my opinion this is why they were so hesitant to provide me with a copy of top 20 shareholders, if Airpocket can start getting massive uptake in downloads will be a good signal to re enter, although bit worried about Zhenya's share holdings as he holds a massive amount of shares. Good luck I had so much belief in this company and technology hope they make it.
