question regarding oil, is the oil that is drilled out and sold refined? IE oil gets drilled out and gets shipped to US where it then gets refined to WTI or does does it get drilled out in say saudi arabia and refined there before going onto the market?

Worked two nights nightshift this week. More dayshifts presently being organised as they're apparently ramping up production.
I've already got a bunch and am now in the red, after being up 20% a few months back. Always temping to buy more at this price, but hard to bring my average down much even at these prices. So I'm not sure. But anyone who doesn't have oil should really think about getting some, it's seriously low!
