(Not silver so this is not a valid entry) This is 'Dead Eye Liz' and a very rare Hole-Tailed Platypus. I have a dozen or so of these from when I was working in currency handling. They're known as "fish hooks" and are used by naughty people to go "fishing" in vending machines by stringing fishing line or fine wire through the hole and pulling the coin out after it registers in the mechanism. Modern coin mechs have protections against "fishing" now so you don't find many new coins with these holes in them, but I have to admire the dedication and time these cheapskates put in attempting to get 20c off a can of Coke.
I remember trying the two 5c coins glued together when I was a grommet. Surprisingly didn't work haha. Jammed the machine, must have been a bit of an urban myth.

Gotta admit, I am rather surprised myself. My coins are fugly through neglect (thankfully not mine). Whereas somebody actually designed the Obama coin!
