I don't think it is, but just check the Obverse is the same size as a normal 10c piece. A $2 coin may have been struck by mistake. If this is the case the value just skyrocketed.
Put a $2 coin on top of the error same face side up, does it match, or is it the same size as a normal 10c piece. The Obverse is the Queens head side
Appears as though the coin would be a collar partially engaged mis-strike or if the rim is struck at an angle, then a tilted partial collar mis-strike.. do a google image search for "tilted partial collar"
tsk tsk I do hope you repay your daughters piggy bank with at least half the earnings of that spectacular error
