There's a 1990, 91 or 92 (can't remember year) kilo proof kook in a leather box at Strand coins for spot + 10%. Apart from that, there is a set of 1 kilo through 1 ounce (definitely 1992) for spot plus 10%. I just didn't have 2500 some odd dollars in my pocket! This is news as of yesterday (6 June) at about 2:15PM. These deals were the only bullion coins I saw there.
