    I am the first owner of this coin.

    I bought this in 08 or 09 ....

    Anyone can tell me how much I should ask for this?

    You can check how much it has sold for on eBay and go from there.

    I did search ebay...

    However, not many samples.

    One pawn shop sold this for 2K not long ago....he had no idea what he was selling.

    I think I paid more than 2K for sure. (less than 3K, I think. close to 3K?? I was trying to find a receipt, but I could not find it)

    pawn shop selling 1 oz gold coin for $2000 and they didn"t know what they are selling?
    Well it is very nicely run pawn shop

    Hmm. There's one currently selling on eBay. But that's just for the gold coin alone.

    If you don't know about this coin, you would have no idea how popular this coin was.

    That pawn shop was selling this exact same set in ebay. Some lucky dude got it for 2K.

    Issue price was way more than 2K for this set.

    Gold proof mintage was 1K. Silver proof mintage was 7K.

    this silver alone was selling for more than 500$ I think.


    Should I keep this coin?

    To be honest, with the drop in spot prices, not many people will be prepared to pay what you paid for it.

    So unless you need the cash urgently (meaning you sell at a loss), I suggest to hold onto the coin until you find a suitable buyer.

    I will hold this one.

    that is a really nice and rare set.I have not seen the 2 together before.they should be in strong hands ;)
