can 1kg ABC silver bars be faked?

    Im buying some 1kg ABC bars today f2f he said they were bought back in 2013 before the serial numbers were put on. Has anyone heard of them been fake? Is there any way of checking them? Anything i should look out for? This is my first batch of buying 6 bars i dont wanna get ripped off

    Every silver bar can be faked even they are showing serial number. So buy from reputable person or dealer is be best way. And also you can bring them to your local dealer to check by Xray.

    call abc and ask about the bars if you have pictures you can get them to have a look seeing how they made them
    along with everyone elese check the dealer has a good rep? will let to take pics or can sms or email them
    take them to someone who knows or if possible take a expert with you

    So far, haven't heard any fakes kilo pm, abc, Ainslie , Pamp etc

    Only smaller bars and round found.
