Buying MS69 vs MS70

    Hi guys,

    Im looking to buy slabs as well as bullion.

    Just wondering for the 2013 panda i can get the ms69 at $38 and ms70 at $65.

    Im looking at the ms69 as the better buy but would both rise at the same pace or would the ms70 rise faster than the ms69?

    Also is PCGS vs NCG better on the slab?

    For 2013 ms70 is better. But with the mintage i prefer 2009 or less. (69 or 70)
