    Hi all,

    Would appreciate your views on buying silver bullion pandas with original plastic capsules that have slight scratches. Do they effect value on resale or is it very negligible?

    scratches on plastic capsules have zero effect on resale...
    scratches on silver bullion Panda coins have a huge effect on resale.
