So I bought a few ASE's recently (two 2012 and one 2013) for $70, reputable person and legitimate coins.

But the coins themselves are a bit scruffy, little bit of wear and a few light scratches on the face, will this affect the value?

I just wanted to know so that if I was to resell them later I wouldn't be ripping anyone off. Seeing as i got them for pretty much spot +$2 I think I've done pretty good :)

If your happy then it was a good deal, just be prepared to sell them at spot + $2.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. ASE's are bullion coins, a few scratches shouldn't affect their value. Obviously their worth will ultimately depend on the POS, but you still have 3 oz of silver. Scratches will never change that.
