According to https://bitcoinaverage.com/markets.htm#USD Bitfinex has overtaken BTC-e in trading volume, last time I payed attention to this their volume percentage was in the single digits not too long ago. (chinese exchanges and coinbase excluded)

BTC-e has passed bitstamp as well

bitstamp is the only exchange out to those three that you can't use leverage, lots of people leveraged upto there eyeballs in long positions

^ bitstamp had a fat drop in volume because of the recent KYC that they're complying to. Asking customers to provide proof of residency and ID is the norm, but asking for invoices to mining equipment is way over the line. Most people won't have anything to hide, but it's the invasiveness of the questions that turn people off.
