Do you guys know any of any other aussie exchanges apart from MtGox?
For withdrawal, that would be good.

    Cheers

Just downloading the Bitcoin-QT wallet so I can transfer to MtGox.

Think I'm just going to offload them there tonight - this run up has been nice and way above my initial $150aud target

    BTC is back is style!

Time to try and pick another top.

How do you plan to withdraw (or will you rebuy).

Gox don't process SWIFT transactions anymore, so AUD withdrawals are hard unless you pay a big fee I believe.

I'm buying from anyone if keen, but only paying coinjar.io rate since that's what I can buy at anytime, none of this Gox rate crap.

www.btcmarkets.net are in Australia. Interface isn't too bad, and they collate a bunch of other exhanges prices within their website to allow quick market comparisons.

Sold an XAG silver round to Jeff Berwick (The Dollar Vigilante) at the Gold Investment Symposium this week for BTC :)

That price isn't too far off Gox, I'm still waiting for my blockchain to sync so can't send yet. Will advise when done to see if you're still buying.

Not sure, this is what MtGox says on their website:

    "International Wire Transfers:
At the moment we are manually processing wire transfers and have a slight backlog as we create a new withdrawal system with our banking partners. Your withdrawal may take two weeks or more depending on the amount."

Yeah I can't find anything about them not doing transfers.

And no extra charges? It's just a wire transfer?

Will look later, but just looks like delays (as always)
