luberhill please follow this link and you can choose yourself which online dealers to buy from.

    http://www.silvermonthly.com/the-top-10-online-bullion-dealers/

I would recommend Apmex, Gainesville, or Silvertowne.

Outside USA i would recommend :

    In Australia :
    http://bullionbourse.com/index.htm#ecwid:category=584918&mode=product&product=7303817

    In Canada:
    http://silvergoldbull.com/

For buying graded NGC Pandas i would recommend:
    http://www.silvertowne.com/p-17509-2011-china-silver-panda-1oz-ms69-ngc-red-label.aspx

In a month or less 2012 pandas will be available at every online dealers store.

Almost forgot, you can also buy silver pandas at this forum, from well respected & trusted members, like Maggie, Yennus, Fishball & more.

One month ago I bought from Silvertowne graded NGC MS69's for $54 each.
I bought 2 different NGC labels. Now Silvertowne raise the price to $69 for graded MS 69's.
Modern Coin only ships domestically, inside US.
I know that Modern Coin sells pandas on E-bay as well, but the shipping cost (to intern. customers) is well overpriced.

Modern Coin Mart ships international and has the lowest price that I have seen on 2012 NGC MS69 or MS70

Their shipping was only $6 for multiple coins which I don't feel is far out of line.

Thank you Comeaux for excellent information.
I'm happy than i can buy now from Modern Coin Mart. They do have one of the best prices for graded coins. I guess because the company located in Sarasota, FL, they're close to NGC, helps to have lower prices.
Modern Coin Mart $6 shipping is only to US, to Canada shipping is $39 by Fedex.
But it still well worth it to buy from, because of their lower prices.

ok help me here..I thought Maggie sold in other than US funds ?? If I buy 5 pandas from Maggie, how much would I pay ea shipped to the US and buying them with my credit card ???
Can this be done with a US credit card, sorry I am ignorant on these issues.

Also would she be a good place to buy ASE's or would there be a better place ?

    Thank you

But i think is better you make a paypal account to not give your credit card data and number to someone you dont know. If you have the gift option you dont need to pay the paypals sellers fee (3,5 %)

MCM might be cheap but their international shipping forces you to use Fedex and orders above $500 need to pay $89 for shipping; under $500 is $39.

Even though they force shipment via Fedex I have had zero updates or tracking numbers from them since purchasing last week (over 7 days ago).

Lack of updates definitely an issue and I'll chase them up when I have some time in the next few days.
