I'm just getting into some crypto trading and looking around at exchanges to see where it might be worth opening an account. Normally what I look for in an exchange is :- 1. Good Liquidity - Decent sized orders in market depth and a narrow spread 2. Low Transaction Costs - Both with exchange trades and also cash/crypto transfers to/from the exchange Just wondering what exchanges Silver Stackers use and what they are like with regard to the two points listed. I already have a CurrencyFair account, so I am not restricted to $AU exchanges only. Very interested in $US exchanges (or others?) as well. Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Not sure if you heard of Coinbase, but worth checking out cos they recently set up base not just in Canada but in Singapore as well (serving all my needs!).
Too much tech for you to handle lol. Once it is out the docs will follow hopefully. Waiting on that too.
So I use BTC-e for LTC trading, IMO it's best of the big 3 exchanges, Coinbase you cant use in AUS even with VPN and attempting to use US phone numbers I keep coming unstuck, annoyingly For ALT's I use Cryptsy a little (have really cleaned up act) But mostly Bittrex now, but only trade coins you know on it. They are partial to launching scam coins on it and faking volume, Though for solid coins like START and the like it's best place to be, Plus a Good UI (I finally came around) But when other options are Allcoin and Polo it's an easy choice However The Big One coming for 2016 will be https://1ex.trade (now in soft launch) It's the Dev team behind WBB https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=952619.0 and they seem to be kicking goals, I have tried running all the apps and wallets and they are slick. Moon time awaits that one for sure. 1ex.trade have linked up with Crypto Capital to offer exchanges in 30 different fiats (including AUD) will start with only BTC then add some quality alts then eventually a trade pair with WBB I have seen all the plans and so on as I am intending to invest in the exchange. Also the partnership gives you a bank account with an IBAN number so I can use a debit card to spend my crytpos as cash. (ANX also offer this) Then If you want to hedge the USD/BTC pairs volatility you can use Vaultoro which offers a Gold/BTC pair all in phyz gold in some well known Swiss vaults that i forget the name of. All totally legit. (banktothefuture.com vetted them to offer shares and funding) But that's just my thoughts =)
