A few weeks ago GSR charts were added to the charts page - well they are now an option for your personalised charts, which have also been increased from 2 to 4 charts. You can set your preferences under your profile. Sponsor banner ads are now also displaying in 2 sizes - if your browser is wide enough, the banner will scale to 728px wide instead of 468px. The Google ads were somewhat overshadowing the sponsor banners, so they've been scaled up and the Google ads scaled down. Might have to tweak some of the screen resizing - if you experience any particular issues with sizing, post the details here - be sure to let me know how many pixels wide your browser was when you encounter the issue, otherwise there's no way of me replicating it to resolve.
Ah... Would that be why there's a big white space to the right of my Safari browser on the iPhone? Also, can't post a new topic from the iPhone. No problem doing so from the laptop.
Hmm can post new topics from my iPhone. I just get four charts - set your preferences and see if it fixes it.
I think that big white space comes and goes and is not a new thing. It's down to the number of people online at the time and when there are too many usernames hyperlinked at the bottom, Safari throws a spaz attack and won't render the full width. That's my theory anyway! It's been annoying me for a while, but I'll check mine again now GP has added the extra chart capacity [tnx GP!]
Adding four charts fixed the problem straight away! It's the only time I've ever seen the white space and only happened over the last few days. Hopefully adding the extra charts fixes it for you too.
Now ive been told twice by you & trew . I'l work out how to use this computer thingy one day . If its got more buttons than a phone im cactus
Just wait. At the moment they're the forum's bread & butter - they won't be gone for long in the narrower sizes.
You can do it on your phone too! Just click 'profile' then on the left side there's a little menu and click the bottom one 'spot chart preferences' select which charts you want to appear at the top of your forum page and then click 'submit'
