Just got an email from Bullion Store in Australia stating this

“Due to the changing landscape in the bullion industry, our previous bank has taken the decision to close our company's account in response to the ongoing "war on bullion/cash." We want to assure you that we are continuously working to ensure your convenience.”

They were with the CBA but are now with ANZ
