So, I've been on the Bitcoin wagon for some time now. After it was released to the wild, I was able to mine several (7) "coins" in a few months using a new gaming machine I had built. It was cool, and Bitcoin was under 4 bucks a deal, so no sweat right? Idiot me transfers the entirety to my phone, then promptly forgets about it. I reformat and sell my phone a few months later, and the coins are gone forever, goodbye $30 of BTC. Fast forward 5 years and I'm STILL kicking myself for losing those suckers, I could have bought SO MUCH SILVER! Anyway, bought back the dollar amount ($30 USD) I originally had , 0.05 Bitcoins. We'll see if it goes anywhere.
Ouch, 7btc is worth a good amount of silver now. I threw away a good chunk of coins back when they were less than $1 too. But looking back with hindsight is pretty useless.
