ATB Blue Ridge Parkway mint marks meaning?

    Hello,

    I was hoping folks here could help me out with the meaning of some marks. There is a "JF" on the reverse on the bottom of George Washington's neck and on the obverse there is an FM on the bottom left and a JFM on the bottom right.
