    And there collector premium ?

I have been focusing on ase,s the past few months and the only coins I have purchased with low premium have been either on ss or perth bullion.

I know many buy in bulk and save but the premiums on individual past years ase,s are quite high in my opinion!

I only mention this as I have already been able to buy every ase 1986 to 2015 so am done until 2016 release.

I dont see why should be a premium on them.same design every year and high mintage...not really something I would collect..

No, Aussie SS members are not undervaluing ASE's

Are you going to collect each year of Maples, Phillys, Brits and Libertads?

Just because you dont see it doesnt mean its not? This was my point, you think they are all worth the same and they may be in silver value but not in premium value.

Just because you're personally collecting them doesn't automatically mean they're undervalued in the broader stacker community. A 2015 Lunar Goat will exceed the 2015 ASE for premium in years to come despite having a higher premium at the time of purchasing. There's a reason why ASEs are sold in monster boxes.

So you are saying there is no extra premium on ase,s regardless the year just because they are all the same design? well you are mistaken

You can buy a complete MS69 set for around $1700 - $1800 today.
Ungraded you can put a good set together for $1000 very easily.

Pretty much says it all, terrible return on 30 years of collecting. If you want to make money with premiums there are far better options (kooks, pandas, lunars).

No premiums on bullion ASEs. They are all same design and worth spot plus $3 or $4 regardless of year. However the ASE PROOF coins do attract a nice premium for certain years.

I'd be interested in any comments on experiences
buying them from APMEX where most years seem available as against only the last few years in Australia. The USD1500 minimum order for Australia is so far a showstopper for me and the thought that at roughly $30 each it would be a parcel of 50!

2010 ASE available on this forum $24.70. Goldstackers has 2005 ASE $25.50. Good to see the premiums holding up!!! No numismatic value after 10 years! You can pay an extra premium if you like but I get them for spot plus $4. All the same design by the way.
