Damn it! More ANZ fail this morning!! What a time to fk up your share trading platform! Anyone thinking of getting an online trading account, avoid ANZ etrade like the plague.
I am missing a contract note from this morning and they muffed a 2nd trade attempt too. Price data and market depth have been screwy. Take a look at the homepage, they have a warning of technical problems. I'd put another screenshot up but am using iPad atm.
More eTrade issues today. Stock quotes and Last 10 Trades were out on all stocks and by as much as 5% on NST this afternoon! All of the contract notes have wrong quantities and my balance is showing I have a buttload of money to trade with that is already committed. Absolutely no confidence in this platform at the moment. I really need to move. It's the 2nd time I've had big problems on a big trading day.
