How high could they go before the bubble bursts?

Many people are entering now, learning now how this trading thing works. I honestly haven't bought any yet, been reading the news and trying to learn...

    How high can BTC/LTC go?

    It's about 670 $ for BTC and 9.2 $ for LTC

Sunday it was about 460 $ BTC and 4 $ for LTC.

It the BTC bubble bursting? Getting ready to burst? Or getting ready for a serious dip?

Just see the chart here taken a a few minutes ago today:

    (1 hour graph)

3 day graph and longer still looks awfully-vertically-bullish! But I see serious signs of a possible dip...
It was 800+ $ today, then it went down to 601 $ on BTC-e.

Very hard to say, obviously pure speculation.
It's been having a good run in this leg up, we might not be too far off from a drop & pause for a while.
However, since April, the landscape has changed a bit with the Chinese jumping on and just greater acceptance towards the crypto to the point of it being discussed - in rather positive terms - by the US government yesterday.
Also looks like an ETF is not too far away, so who knows?

I saw an interesting article about China and BTC this arvo:

    http://money.cnn.com/2013/11/18/investing/bitcoin-china/index.html

Puts a few things in perspective regarding the potential upside. But could also crash down to zero for whatever reason.

Yes, BTC and LTC are like ETF's.

The big question is: at which stage of the bubble are we right now?

Today it went from 823 $ to 601 $. Now, that's a huge drop! I think it's the biggest drop since this bull run. :|

Maybe it's the prelude to the bubble popping. :/

Very expensive on eBay and scarce! Even 0.5 LTC costs in the 550 $ range (today's price).

This is similar... 1 BTC copper coin. No hologram on it. Is this genuine?

TreasureHunter, the copper ones hold no btc value. They've been selling on places like ebay for some time.

The only thing backing bitcoin is the value the next buyer places on it. It's perceived value could drop overnight to near zero for that very reason.
