    - Over The Counter sales currently halted
    - Still taking orders via website, phone and email
    - Website currently in maintenance mode due to HUGE difference in gold price feeds, will get back up ASAP
    - Pick up of orders can be arranged by appointment
    - Sell back of metal can be arranged by appointment
    - Shipping of customers orders still going strong, albeit slower due to MASSIVE sales volume
    - We're still very much open for business!
