    umm... can't see the pic...

It might also be worthwhile running it past the members at the ChinaCoinForum. Their level of experience is very high.

I seem to remember seeing that exact fake panda on either the panda collector site or Chinese coin forum.

As mentioned, the 20 yuan denomination is just the instant red card, but also the other side of the coin was completely wrong too.

It's alleged to be an Olympic coin, not a regular panda, so the fur could be different and the back wouldn't be the temple.

Makes it even more obvious...why would they re-use the 2003 design for a 2008 commemorative coin. This is just a really bad fake and so easy to spot. It's the high quality fakes that worry me, but there don't seem to be too many of those around.

Something I don't understand is why do people knowingly post pictures of fakes. Not this one but copies of real pandas. There are so many pictures of real pandas out there that its odd they don't use those. I know some do, but it's just weird to me that someone would say to themselves "self. I have this fake panda I want to sell, should I take a picture of it and hope no one notices or should I post one of the thousands of pics of real ones on the web? Never will I understand why people choose the former, maybe because they know someone like me can't tell LOL, but still why take the chance. If I had of posted a pic of a real one and y'all had said, yep it's real, I doubt I would have ever known when I received a fake one, unless I got around to having it graded. Weird, just plain weird.

You watch Archer too? That show is off the chain LOL. That and Futurama are the only cartoons my wife and I have ever watched.

    Yes I do...Archer is awesome.

Speaking of cartoons, you should also check out

KUNG FU PANDA: LEGENDS OF AWESOMENESS.

When it comes out at the end of the year anyway.

Although the first ep is floating on the interwebs somewhere at the moment ;)
