    Hope all are well.

Just want to share this journey with you.

Dipped my toes into shares after an absence of a few years.

My paper journey has been about 2/ 3 months.

Thanks to all members here for posting tips, tricks and punts.

Still on my path of of Physical Gold and Silver to buy and keep off grid and buried for ????

But here is my digital dip into the AXS game for gains.

    AJM
    BGS
    DCC
    TRY

Between the 4 stocks my % gain is about 50% on average.

BGS has given me over 100% Return.

And the worst of the lot has been DCC with a loss of 10%

    My comments are:

I am spending to much time looking at graphs and charts and 3 letter codes.

Black or red digits on a screen can lead to delusional desires.

Every one is on a different path, but please. ?........

Take some time to get offline into the real world and smell the roses.

    Comments encouraged. ?...

Doing pretty well Boneyard! Can be a bit consuming and always a learning curve.Just have to find what works for you and accept a few loses.Personally I don't like to have too many companies at once but my top 3 are BGS,BLK,BDR lucked in early, smaller holdings in WCN,LSR (big loser so far)PIO and BYR, just wish I threw everything at BGS!!!Good luck mate and don't over think it.

    Hi boneyard,
LSR was doing really well only to watch price crash after disaster drill results. Luckily I added to BGS(thanks VRS!). lets hope POG rises - Double play physical/miners with Li Cream. Dec15 on has been a good time to invest.
I now have too many stocks to keep my eye on so am thinking of consolidating.
I hold: (most have been mentioned on SS so I didn't have to go far to find them).
WHN - not sure why.. Trying to sell @ 0.002.
    AJM - going very good.
BGS - think I will hold, didn't sell any to fund Entitlements, just added.
    MOY - long term keeper
    PLS - long time keeper
    LSR - holding for now
    GOR - need to sell
    ARD - need to sell

GMR is my next venture, missed buying at 0.004 then 5 now am next buy inline at 0.007.. (Maybe I should just buy @ 0.008..?)
Between here & HotCopper there is a lot of great information. I've only been into it since Dec15, doing much better than my last try on Shares - reading up, checking facts, making notes this time around. (Staring at Graphs & 3Letter codes, SS used to be the 1st page I open in morning.. Now it's Commsec - not sure how I feel about that?!).
Best of luck to everyone - DYOD but share info to help other stackers.

Shame about LSR got out for a decent profit before that nonsense happened.

GMR could fly monday. .8s started to fall Friday. I've been in since .4 and think its going to rocket this week.

MNB is about to go too, and PTR is up to something soon maybe.

XPE is the go though. Breakout in progress already.

It is an unfortunate byproduct of share purchases. I too suffer from this phenomenon. Watching the gains/losses daily.
Anxious on the drop, ecstatic on the rise.
It is hard to walk away for a few days. Put a computer in front of me and I find myself back on the stock market web site.
Gold stocks are especially difficult because we are relying on capital gain. We begin to question our decision and worry that a big drop in gold price will completely undermine any gains we might see but we fear selling and missing out on the bottom we so desperately desire hope has finally occurred.
    It is simply human weakness.

What's the appeal of AJM apart from a being a lithium play? I don't know a lot about the company but a glance at its profile with it's exposure to coal and it long-term debt are concerning for a company its size.
