AHA Investor magazine trouble

    After subscribing last year I never recieved any magazines so i eventually got a refund. I found out today I have been charged again for another years subscription of $47.70. Anyone know contacts from this magazine who I can sort this out with, many thanks.:mad:

    I have also subscribed 3 months ago to AHA investor but never received the magazine. I have tried contacting the magazine but without a response.
    Does anyone have the correct contact email for this magazine?

    According to a mate of mine (his version of the story), he received last year just one issue. Credit card got charged for renewal even though last year he received just one issue. Called his bank cancelled his credit card and did a chargeback. Chargeback came successful and gave a mouthful to the editor whose name is Mike. His email ID is [email protected]

    No point in emailing or calling the office, as emails are never answered (sent about 10 plus emails) and the phone line has been disconnected.

    No, certainly not a scam, Mike put a lot of hard work into the magazine. Not sure what is happening.

    I am guessing here, some of the subscription is bought from 3rd party, and theres a broken communication chain? I could be wrong.

    I enjoy reading the first 4 edition...will ho through the rest soon!

    So when things get hard it's ok to stop providing the service that you've been paid for, keep taking peoples money and disappear without contact.

    I have emailed him a couple of days ago but so far no answer.
    I will keep you updated on any changes.

    Good Evening,

    Our buddy Mike did not come back to me at all.
    Regardless what his situation may be, there are ways to inform his current and any potential subscribers of any issues he may be going through. If he knows that the magazine will not be issued any more or he does not know the next issue will come of the press the customers deserve to get a refund.
    Very disappointing from Mike and there is certainly no excuse for the way he is conducting business.
    I will not go bust if I do not see my $50 again but will certainly exhaust all legal options to get the money back.
