    Maybe gold spray paint and tungsten is the new tradition?

    I don't reckon they are even metal, let alone tungsten. Looks like spraypainted timber offcuts to me, similar to decking timber like below pic, for two reasons:

    1. Looks like a timber knot (circled)

    2. If you have ever played with your metal bars like a kid with toy blocks (I have :p), you will find they are too heavy and slippery to not slide off each other when piled like this rather than being neatly stacked (arrows indicate direction of slide). This indicates to me they are light weight like timber.

    Just my opinion. Might be wrong.
