A question about PCGS price guide

hello,

i would like to sell some Panda silver coin PCGS;
about price, i look at PCGS Price guide;
example :
for a 2001 MS 69 : $150
for a 2004 MS 69 : $140
are their price correct for selling ? not a little too high ???

Peter Anthony's pricepedia has those at:-

2001 MS 69; $116 & $141 (I'd avg those two prices)
2004 MS69; Avg of $120

I'd also recommend asking Fishball if you can access his Panda price research website, which lists all recent ebay sells of Panda coins.. it's an excellent resource for finding out what's going on with Panda prices.
