Someone already mentioned this in another thread. Yesterday I received my gold dragon coin. After the inspection, I start thinking the missing claw is a design ERROR. I was staring at the coin very carefully about 5 minutes and tried from different angles but I still believe it has only 4 claws. Obviously the dragon's body doesn't block the claw like the mural does. It would be ridiculous that a dragon has one feet with 4 claws but others have five.
I think the claw is facing us directly, so in the bullion it kind of blends into one and gave the impression of missing finger. Not the best design still.
