5oz Perth Mint bars

I'm not trying to sell it (gift from my folks) I just want to get an opinion on its value, yes yes I know...use the search facility...done that and got not much and yes, what I have found is tantalizing but limited so I'm throwing it open.
is this little block now a collectors' delight or a worthy component in a stack, or both?

Yes it worth quite a good premium for people who collect vintage bars.

 

It depends on the serial number of the bar, imho.

from iPhone to board so I'll abandon that idea, the serial is stamped above a circular casting mark on the back and is 1164.
