Those marks actually look like they were there when the bar came out of the mint. Perth Mint cast bars often have blemishes like that.
You can't. and too good to be true. Make sure you get the seller details, if I were you. If someone can prove it is stolen or stolen. You will know who's going to be at your front door.

No, Just a crappy bar! Perth Mint used to produce half decent bars; nowadays its producing average quality bars but charging premium prices.
Yeah, the photos in these threads, including the OP's, look like they might have burn marks formed during production. Still don't like them, but better those than an acid test spot. A little elbow grease might help minimize them, though personally never had a need to try, so far.
