Not a lover of RAM products. I have been stung previously, however, others may have a different view.

Novel... But not novel enough for me to drop a 500% premium on...

I've got plenty of the 10 year parliament silver coins made in 1997 & 1998 which are 1oz troy. I bought them for pretty much spot with Ag was $35 so that gives you an idea where these new 25 year coins will find their value over time....spot +10% I'd reckon.

Also these new 2013 Parliament house coins are only 2/3 of an ounce, "Minimum Gross Weight 22.23 grams" so their spot price is $17.15 give or take. They are being retailed for $85 which is 4.95 times spot, or spot +395%.

Given they will eventually fall to something like spot +10%, I'd say to stay well clear !

went to the RAM today - heard there was huge interest in this coin.

They were talking about this coin on abc newcastle the other day. Didn't wait to listen what was said though.

I'd say these will be bought by people who own no other coins. I don't recall the ABC ever telling me to buy kooks.

Buy one if you like it but don't fool yourself it is an investment

No international appeal - cant see it going anywhere but down in value

This is how they raise their revenue.
