    Hot tip, if you can get through on phone and order 20, you can then order another 20 online for a total of 40

    The shop actually has a limit of 10 :mad:
    So I also got a roll of 20 online :D

    I wouldn't be surprised if these sell out today!

    Yes I was referring to the retail shop. Orders can be also be placed over the phone, but then obviously need to be collected in person.

    I now realise you weren’t referring to the retail shop?
    So is it possible to combine shipping if 2 orders were placed separately (over the phone & online) with their “main” online store?

    yeah i didnt realise the phone orders and the physical shop are the same.

    The retail bullion shop and the main online store are definitely still separate with regards to phone orders.

    When I placed my order with the retail shop, the person who served me was very firm with the 10 coin limit! I can collect this order in person once the payment has cleared.

    I then placed a phone order with the online store (with my "Bullion Bars & Coins" account) but over the phone and the limit was 20 coins. I am not able to collect this order and have to pay for delivery.

    A bit confusing!?
