interesting. ordered from them many times before when I lived in Australia and never had any issues. what happened?
I've read the process for creating an account at checkout can be tedious and taxing. I was going to buy a 2019 gold swan from them but decided against it. They are a legitimate company though.
Basically the price is tiered as coins get sold. So I had X amount of each type in my cart and when I would go to check out it would give me a error because the total quantity was unavailable. It got to the point where I had to make 2 separate orders for each coin while watching the price keep increasing. When I placed my order for the BU version it went through to the payment and after payment it redirected back to the site and I got the same 'out of stock error'. The money got deducted from my credit card but the order was not processed. After 2 hours of messaging them to sort it out they would not fill my order and instead refunded my money and told me to make another order. Problem is the price had already increased, so overall from all the messing around I ended up having to pay a extra $9/each for the antiqued and $5/each for the BU. I was not very happy considering I was waiting to purchase them as soon as they were availiable.
There’s too many people checking out at exactly the same time as you so the site is deducting the number of coins available. what did you end up paying all in? I’m seeing coins go for $60 usd on the BU now
The old 2oz silver antique was/is my favourite coin design thus far. These look amazing but pricing is extremely high.
I think they worked out to be AUD delivered $45 for the BU and $85 for the antiqued, definitely for my personal collection haha
That’s not too bad at all. These are now completely sold out now at apmex and LPM so you actually did well.
LPM is asking like $85 USD for the antiqued version which is crazy, for that much you would expect a box and COA haha
oh dam, that sucks, i got stung once aswell, they wouldn't reverse the gst and customs fee good luck if you can get out of that one
Ah well as expensive as they are, they are still going to be cheaper than what the secondary market will be selling here in Aus. I liked them especially the antiqued ones.
