I like the 1/4 Au too. Might have to have one.

First thing I looked for when I got the email was the mintage. Didn't want to miss out on another silver swan event (even if that swan dos look cranky).

Actually like the croc design. Strange they are not doing a 1oz silver.

They already did the 1oz in 2014. This is the exact same design but now released in two different sizes/forms :)

Was in the mint today (long story) and happened to picked a 1/2 croc.

    Looked nice enough.

Mintage is unlimited for both 1/4 gold and 1/2 oz silver.

The design looks good in gold.

I like the gold one, hopefully they add a proof gold croc at some point, I couldn't resist getting the silver proof previously.

They are specifically (or were) not available for wholesalers. Might have changed since.

Is there any way of purchasing without having to go through all this nonsense of sending in Photo ID etc to purchase from Perth Mint?

Really cbf doing all that for a one off purchase

In person, you can walk in to the mint and buy up to 5k worth no questions, any online bullion order need id verification, even just for 1 silver coin which is stupid, if you know and trust someone in Perth hopefully they can do you a favour.

It looks like these weren't available for wholesale to dealers
