THE 2015 ASTROLOGICAL FORECAST There is some welcome news to look forward to throughout 2015 with the two major planets Uranus and Pluto commencing their long awaited separation cycle from May 1, onward, easing very slowly the financial anguish day by day that have influenced over the globe for the past three years. During the past few years with mostly an array of negative planetary aspects, we have experienced unusual havoc with world economics, government corruption, and negative trends with commodity trade, increased debt, stock market disarray, hostile terrorism activities, adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, higher unemployment and an increased cost of living. We can now expect a slight lessening of these adversities after April 30, 2015. However, there will be a little aftershock adjustment between September 25, 2015 to 31 March 31, 2016. The global economy is now geared to slowly move forward from this year onward. However, consumer patience will be tested throughout this fiscal year as there is a pot of gold at the end of the rainbow namely a budget surplus during 2017-18. Housing interest rates are predicted to stay soft in 2015 and the low Australian dollar will be more competitive for manufactures and exporters. During January 1-3, Jupiter and Mars are in opposition creating a problem for holiday makers and care should be taken with travel, this is an accident prone period. During the 14th-17th, Mars and Saturn will adversely meet bringing initial economic uncertainty, market adjustments, unusual weather conditions, floods, bush fires, explosions, aircraft and rail incidents, sporting accidents, industrial unrest and consumer concern over the federal government's budgetary changes. Terrorism threats and drug arrests will also be high during this cycle, intelligence agencies and law enforcement will be on alert for any sign of adversity or wrong doing. Other dates for adverse situations including weather and economic conditions, 10-13 March, 16-23 April, 24-30 May, 15-29 June, 30 July-8 August, 13 - 28 September, 25 November - 13 December. Throughout 2015 Saturn (planet of restriction and caution) will commence a two and half year cycle through the sign of Sagittarius for the first time since 1986. Sagittarius rules media communication, imports and exports, travel, religion, higher education, legal matters, writing, publishing and marketing. During this year we will see major changes in these areas to increase profits with some job losses or amalgamations of certain TV and media outlets and publishing houses. Publishers will be doing it hard and will have to change their method of publishing and marketing to stay afloat. Job losses in the industry will also be noticeable. Travel agents will also be hit and a decline in profits will be seen during 2015 to 2017 with many agencies closing down as travellers search the web and confirm their own travel and accommodation arrangements online. Saturn's past influence in 1986 initiated the deregulation of financial markets, allowing banks to take over older stock market firms. This has also led over the years to individual traders participating in the market place. We can expect 2015 as a year that will severely affect the belt tightening of the Australian economy by the Liberal/Coalition government as they continue to implement their budget priorities to reduce the present debt level. This will be especially noticeable when Saturn retrogrades into the financial sign of Scorpio during June 16 to September 18, 2015. Not a good time for money transactions. Traders are warned that 2015 will bring substantial losses if care is not taken. Throughout 2015 the Australian Stock Exchange should encounter a noticeable year of profitable trading through local and overseas investors capitalising on the lower Australian dollar and bargain commodity stocks. The best months for the ASX will be June, July and August. It is during the first six months of this year we should see gold and silver prices rise, giving investors an opportunity to profit. There is no sign of any elected federal government showing a slight surplus until Jupiter enters the financial sign Scorpio late 2017, this rebuilding of the economy and reducing debt levels will be assisted by improved new international free trade agreements over the next two years. The sale of agriculture properties to overseas investors will be to the country's downfall by 2020-22, unless the federal government introduces strict sales and overseas investment conditions. Ongoing negotiations regarding agriculture, live cattle, uranium and commodities will feature positively for both federal and state governments as early as February 24 to March 6 as Jupiter (expansion) and Uranus (new dimensions) forms a positive aspect during this cycle. March is not the best month for long distance travel and care should be taken. Health and welfare is one of the biggest problems for the federal government in 2015, cuts in funding and a rise in unemployment will be noticeable between March and June and the popularity of the federal government will be at an all time low. Pensioner benefits will not be affected with any new pricing order for pharmaceutical medicine. It will be a difficult year for the government to persuade the people they must accept monetary cuts to help pay for the past Labor governments mistakes. Note: There will be no double dissolution of federal parliament in 2015, the coalition will serve its term. During 2015 much will be achieved to reduce the national debt. Education will also be on the firing line throughout 2015, especially during the months of March, May, June, August, September and October. Students will be doing it tough and there will be no relief for student fees and the cost of education will certainly rise out of proportion for many. With Saturn in Sagittarius, this will encourage many students to study their degree on line. Online universities and higher educational institutions are predicted to profit well through external education courses. The legal fraternity and debt collection agencies will also be in full swing for 2015, with many debtors seeking the assistance of lawyers for marital separations and divorces, bankruptcies and business liquidation, taxation debt, banking settlements, insurance claims and corrupt criminal activities including drug related crimes. Computer hackers, scams and banking fraud will be rife throughout 2015 and you would be advised to update your computers and mobile phones daily with anti virus protection for your own defence. 2015 will also be an outstanding year for sport, with grand finals bringing some unexpected results. This year favours the bookmakers rather than the punter. The Prime Minister Tony Abbott (Scorpio) is about to encounter the hardest two and a half years of stress and difficulty in his destiny, due to the planet Saturn returning to its natal position at the time of his birth. Astrologically speaking, she would have to be one of the most honest politicians Queenslanders have ever seen and she will prove this to her electorate as time goes by. Leo's are influential leaders and she has the ability and self-confidence to use her courage and endurance to accomplish very demanding tasks. Annastacia has faith that she will always be able to succeed in her endeavours without resorting to deception or dishonourable practices and she is a skilled listener. The opposition should never dare to question her ethics as they will be sorry if they do. Unfortunately, she will take over the reins of the Queensland government with some hard yards in front of her. With 7% unemployment in Queensland, commodity prices at an all-time low, health and education in confusion and state debt in disarray, her job will not be an easy one. To rectify these issues through new plans and budgetary measures to boost jobs will be difficult money wise, as she and Labor policy have promised the electorate not to sell or lease Queensland assets to raise capital. Taxes will be another issue for her without hurting the general public. A tall order. One big advantage Annastacia Palaszczuk has is stamina and her ability to draw upon a wealth of ideas. She is a person who will always strive for mutual understanding between herself and the people she deals with. She has an excellent horoscope over the next six years. The question is, will she achieve success for Queensland and the answer is a Big Yes. It is now time for the media and opposition members of government to move forward and leave that so-called farcical issue in the past, there are more important concerns facing the Australian government in 2015 and that is to reduce the millions of dollars of debt, otherwise in the future Australia will be in immense trouble. This will be the most intense time band of the year because it contain so many important geocosmic signatures. There will be a total of 14 aspects and planetary stations unfolding between February 22 and March 17, including the seventh and final waxing square between Uranus and Pluto. Although Malcom Turnbull has thus far been a very successful merchant banker and businessman, this does not make him a good leader of the party. Turnbull does have personal ambitions and has much insight into ways to develop his talents to gain the most benefit from them, such as appearing regularly on ABC television programs or taking a laissez-faire, hands-clean attitude toward the political motivation of existing government officials when it comes to a leadership challenge. Astrologically, Turnbull finds it difficult to express himself with confidence and within he is very uncertain and doubtful about his capabilities. However, at times he does express himself as though he is in complete command, but then appears to suffer disappointment. He should never project unrealistic expectations, otherwise he will be unnecessarily disappointed. Turnbull wants to take up the reins of prime minister and introduce a carbon trading scheme and spend billions of dollars on climate change, that this country can ill-afford with the present $7 billion deficit and rising. Malcom Turnbull is inclined to rebel against existing codes of ethics to get his own way. His greatest problem is in expecting a large return from little or no investment on his part. He could unscrupulously exploit the Australian electorate for his own gain. Comparing the horoscopes of Abbott and Turnbull, it appears Turnbull does not have the energy, drive, tenacity, strength and determination that Abbott has when it comes to making difficult up-front and unpopular decisions. Abbott is a mover and shaker and appears to be more security conscious than Turnbull under extreme or adverse conditions regarding Australia's national interest. Throughout March the RBA will be keeping an eagle eye on what's happening amongst the larger economic powers, United States, China and Europe, to ensure we're remaining competitive in the global marketplace. The RBA will also look at the strength of the Australian dollar and the price of and demand for our resources such as coal and iron ore. The Reserve Bank will be under pressure to consider lowering interest rates throughout March, due to slow economic growth and a global decline. Various polls will show how the electorate feels about government policy this month and Labor's Bill Shorten should be happy with the result. However Shorten will not give any encouragement this month to the Australian electorate regarding how he intends to improve the economy and reduce the debt levels with Labor's policies. From this month onward we should witness a slow but gradual improvement in global economic affairs. However, this will not happen overnight, as the Uranus/Pluto combination will again rewire in transit for a short period between November 2015 and February 2016, causing a knee-jerk situation on the financial investment front, selected economic uncertainty, confusion and reform around the globe. One thing is for sure, from March 1, 2016 we will never see this combination of adverse planets materialise again in our lifetime, so investors can breathe a sigh of relief that a new world order with a variation of new financial and investment opportunities will soon be released. April is a good travel month and favourable travel and excellent accommodation deals can be found. With a new democratic government in Nigeria, Nigerians have returned the hard liner Muhammadu Buhari as president in a hotly-contested election.
