that was my listing, im not a dealer and didn't realize they were under embargo, i have since been contacted by Perth mint advising me of this and since ended the listing. im not a crock. it was an honest mistake, and i have contacted the Perth mint, to sincerely apologize for doing the wrong thing.
i found it on a forum somewhere, if i had known it was under embargo i obviously wouldn't have listed it, i don't want to do wrong nor break any rules
Hey, all good. We all make mistakes - such as me thinking the listing was a crock. I get very suspicious of people forward selling, and there's no more dangerous time for it than in the run up to lunar release day every year. I can guarantee that every year a good few unsavvy punters are left with a sore arse. I notice you took paypal on your listing - so at least if someone had not took delivery in the alloted time they can always open a dispute and/or get refunded. Just grey territory in my opinion. Then again, I never have and never will forward sell.
The image can still be found if you do some searching, i just found it with a write up on Maggie doing her Pre -Sale.
i never have before, im very very new to the bullion investment world, believe me i will not forward sell anything again, i kinda got excited and listed, again sorry to Perth mint. i understand why you would think it was a crock im sure alot are around in the coming days of big releases. i just wish i hadn't listed it, never meant to do any wrong doing
It was on Bullion Baron's blog for a while - quite a few stackers saw both silver & gold designs and made comments (if you go to his July blog now, you'll see the images have been pulled at the request of Perth Mint). So it probably wouldn't be hard for anyone experienced at searching caches to find them. Wait 4 days and they'll be everywhere
No doubt. It's all a bit silly really, "sneak pics" just like new iPhone leaks ... all good publicity really. Personally I'd be happy if a "few" so-called leaked pics appeared in the right places, but hey "everyone's a marketer"!! (Oh wait ... I am a marketer.) Quite fun to have some 'hype' - must have been cr@@@@zy when the dragons were released!
