Gainesville has the 1oz bullion dragons available for $300 over spot. $400 over spot was extremely easy to turn down. Yes. It is likely that Gainesville and Apmex sent their coins out for grading and that these coins didn't qualify for the MS69-70 ratings. Premiums on the silver coins will be similarly high, but under $100.
